How it works
The MP3 to MP4 Converter turns any audio file into a real video file you can share anywhere videos are accepted — YouTube, social feeds, messaging apps. Pick your audio, optionally add a cover image, and the tool draws the artwork to a canvas while recording it together with your audio into a video file.
Recording happens live in your browser with the MediaRecorder API: the canvas stream supplies the picture and a Web Audio media destination supplies the sound. We request an MP4 container first and fall back to WebM when the browser cannot record MP4 — and the result line always tells you exactly which container you received, so the filename never lies.
Without a cover image you get generated gradient artwork in the site’s aurora style with your title drawn over it. Choose 720p for crisp uploads or 480p for smaller files, then press Create video and download the result.
Frequently asked questions
What video format will I get — MP4 or WebM?
Whichever your browser can actually record. We ask the browser for MP4 first; if it cannot record MP4 we fall back to WebM (VP9, then plain WebM). The download button and the result line always show the real container of the file you received — never a guess.
Do I need a cover image?
No. If you skip the image we generate gradient artwork for you, in the site’s aurora style, with your title drawn over it. Upload your own square or landscape image for a personal look — it is cropped to fill the frame.
How long will the video be?
Exactly as long as your audio. A 3-minute song becomes a 3-minute video. There is no length limit beyond what your browser can record in one take.
Is my audio uploaded anywhere?
No. The audio is decoded, the frames are drawn and the video is recorded entirely in your browser — nothing leaves your device.
