AudioMix provides free, browser-based audio processing tools. All processing happens locally on your device; we operate no servers that receive or store your audio files.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: do not attempt to disrupt the website, probe it for vulnerabilities, misrepresent the tools as your own work without attribution, or use the tools for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you process.

4. File limits and technical constraints

Uploaded files are limited to 100 MB each. Supported input formats are MP3, WAV, FLAC and OGG, subject to your browser’s decoding capabilities. We may change these limits at any time to keep the service reliable.

5. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text and code are the property of AudioMix and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Audio you process remains entirely yours — we never see it, copy it or claim rights over it.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose, including professional audio production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioMix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data. Because processing happens in your browser, always keep backups of your original files.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
